Requesting a doctor’s appointment is easy. Find a doctor by name, specialty, and/ or location. Next, click “Request an Appointment”. Choose an available time to see the doctor from the doctor’s schedule, fill out some basic information and submit your request. We’ll handle the rest for you!
When is my appointment request confirmed?
An EZDoctor representative will contact you to confirm your appointment request. You may also be contacted by the doctor’s office to confirm your appointment. Please make sure you have received an appointment confirmation email and/or phone call from an EZDoctor representative before going to the doctor’s office. Appointment requests are not confirmed until you receive an email and phone notification from an EZDoctor representative.
