Debra Kenward, M.D., P.A., FACOG, is a Board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician and member of Baptist Health Medical Group, an organization of more than 180 physicians in multiple specialties integrated within Baptist Health South Florida. She has more than 30 years of experience providing expert care to women of all ages. She specializes in hormonal treatment during the different phases of a woman’s life—from reproductive age to perimenopause to postmenopause. She also has a special interest and expertise in treating vulvar and vaginal problems.

Dr. Kenward earned her medical degree at the University of Florida College of Medicine in Gainesville, Fla. She completed a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine-Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Fla., where she served as chief resident.

Dr. Kenward is passionate about educating women on health issues and preventative strategies so they can achieve optimum wellness. She has lectured to high school students about health, lifestyle, birth control and sexually transmitted diseases and to postmenopausal women about hormone therapy and bioidentical hormones. She served as a mentor for the Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program—an organization that provides monthly mentoring and counseling for at-risk high school girls and now does guest lectures for other mentors. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
